We provide daily meals to students at the schools we support, understanding that proper nutrition is essential for effective learning. For many of these children, school meals are their primary and most reliable source of nutrition. Our meal program not only supports academic success but also prevents children from resorting to desperate measures to find food, fostering a safer and healthier environment. By meeting their nutritional needs, we empower every child to focus on their education and build a foundation for a brighter future.
Why Parents?
We firmly believe in the integral role parents play in the development and well-being of their children. We recognize that when parents face additional needs and challenges, it becomes even more crucial to extend a helping hand. By offering our assistance, resources, and guidance to parents, we strive to create a nurturing and safe environment that supports the growth and development of their children. Many of these parents, particularly women, leave their homes as early as 6:00 am and return around 5:00-6:00 pm, leaving their children in need of care and support during their absence.
Through our outreach programs, we address the needs of these children by providing them with meals while their parents are away and offering additional assistance to ensure their access to education and safe housing. By partnering with non-profit institutions such as schools and orphanages, we extend our support to these communities, amplifying our impact and providing vital resources to those in need. By focusing on supporting parents and addressing the needs of their children, we aim to create a holistic approach that uplifts families and promotes a brighter future for the children of Haiti

A restavek is a tragic reality where a child is placed in a non-biological family, often in the hope of a brighter future in exchange for performing household chores. Unfortunately, these innocent children frequently find themselves subjected to abuse, trapped in conditions reminiscent of modern-day slavery. The urgent advocacy against the restavek system in Haiti involves raising awareness, championing initiatives, and relentlessly working to improve the rights and well-being of these vulnerable children. The challenging circumstances these children face require our steadfast dedication to breaking the cycle of suffering and injustice they endure.
